"Add to My Box"(Hold & Ship) is ONLY free when you MEET the FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD!!! Please check the Hold & Ship Policy for details.
For orders within Canada:
- British Columbia & Alberta: Free shipping on orders over CAD$99.99 (before tax).
- Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario & Quebec: Free shipping on orders over CAD$149.99 (before tax).
- Other provinces: Free shipping on orders over CAD$249.99 (before tax).
**EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY FOR OVERSIZED/HEAVY PACKAGES OR REMOTE LOCATIONS. WE’LL REACH OUT TO YOU, IF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ARE REQUIRED.**
For orders within the USA:
- Free shipping on orders over USD$120.00 (before tax).
For international buyers:
- We offer worldwide shipping.
Important Notice for All U.S. & International Customers:
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other fees once it reaches your destination country. CarBro MC does not have control over these charges, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances.
Note: If you have Pre-Order items in your cart, your order will be shipped when all items in your cart have arrived! (Including both Pre-Order and In-Stock items)
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we strongly suggest placing separate orders to ensure quicker delivery of your in-stock items.
If you later decide you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items first, feel free to contact us. We can make the necessary arrangements, and if shipping fees haven't been paid or if separate shipping will be required for the pre-order items when they arrive, we will provide you with the relevant shipping information at that time.
Friendly Reminder for International Customers:
When choosing a shipping method for international buyers, we highly recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. The available tracked options are Canada Post Tracked Packet International and Canada Post Xpresspost International. While other shipping methods may be cheaper, they do not provide tracking for your items.
Small Packet Shipments (No Tracking) usually have a maximum size and weight limit. If your order exceeds these limits, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method and, if necessary, request additional shipping fees.
**For all customers, we will select the most suitable shipping method based on your chosen shipping options. While Canada Post is an option, we may use other carriers to ensure the safety and efficiency of your order delivery.**
Hold & Ship
Our "Hold & Ship" service is designed to give you all the time you need to build your perfect collection, while helping you save on shipping! By selecting "ADD TO MY BOX", we’ll store your treasured items for up to 6 months at no cost, so you can continue shopping without rushing.
How it works:
- We'll keep your items safe until you’ve added enough to your box to qualify for free shipping.
- Once you hit the threshold (the total value of the products in the box ready to go,not the total order value), we’ll carefully pack and ship your precious finds straight to your door!
- If 6 months pass and you haven’t reached the free shipping amount, just cover the shipping cost and we’ll send your box right away.
- If you want your items sooner, simply contact us, and we’ll give you the shipping cost for an earlier delivery.
"When does my box start and end?"
Situation 1: If your first order or the first order after your previous box is shipped includes in-stock products, your box will start counting from the day you place the order, with a validity period of 6 months.
Situation 2: If your first order or the first order after your previous box is shipped only includes pre-order items, your box will start counting from the day your first pre-order product arrives at our warehouse. During this period, we will notify you of the box's validity period.
Note:
— If your box becomes too large or heavy, there may be extra shipping charges, but we’ll reach out to you in advance to confirm.
— You can combine both in-stock items and pre-orders in our "Hold & Ship" service. If all items are not available by the time we ship your box, you will need to pay for additional shipping for subsequent shipments. This means that there is a 6-month time frame from the start of your new box. When the time is up, we will ship all in-stock items that you currently have. If any pre-ordered items take longer than this period to arrive, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs for those pre-ordered items once they become available.
How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for tracking information to be updated and accessible.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping information before and after placing your order. If you notice any mistakes, email us immediately before the package is shipped (Subject: Order#XXXX, Urgent - Shipping Address Change). Since different postal services have different policies, some packages cannot be intercepted or returned once they are in transit. If the package has already been shipped and you realize the address is incorrect, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee success or take responsibility for the outcome.
Please Keep in Mind: You will be charged for the reshipping costs if your package can be intercepted and returned to us, and we are unable to cancel your order or issue refunds in these circumstances.
Free, Hold & Ship, and Flat-rate shipping options are available for most major cities in Canada. For orders going to more remote areas, we will reach out to discuss any additional shipping charges.
If you're located in a remote area, please contact us beforehand to confirm the shipping cost, or feel free to select Canada Post service as your shipping method during checkout.
Important: Return shipping costs will not be covered by CarBro MC. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Additionally, shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
