Pre-Order Policy

**Please Read Carefully Before Placing Your Pre-Order Items**

Estimated Release Dates
All pre-order release dates are approximate and subject to changes made by the manufacturer. Please consider potential delays when placing a pre-order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturer or other factors beyond our control, but we will do our best to update the release information as we receive it.

Pre-Order Reservation & Stock
When you place a pre-order, your spot is reserved, but this does not guarantee that the item will be available on the posted release date. The item will ship on or after the estimated release date, depending on availability. Our "in-stock" status refers to allocations from our suppliers and not necessarily on-hand inventory.

Multiple Pre-Orders with Different Release Dates
If you pre-order multiple items with different estimated arrival dates, we will typically wait until all items in your order have arrived before shipping to save you on shipping costs. However, if you prefer to receive items as soon as they are available, we can arrange separate shipments. Please contact us for details and additional shipping costs.

Combining Pre-Orders and In-Stock Items
We recommend that clients avoid combining "Pre-Order" items with "In Stock" products in the same order to prevent delays in shipping. Since we only ship once per order (with a single shipping fee or one Free Shipping option), mixing both types of items may cause your "In Stock" products to be delayed until the pre-order items are ready to ship.
You can combine pre-order and in-stock items in a single order. By default, we will wait until all items (both pre-orders and in-stock) are available before shipping. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please contact us, and we can arrange separate shipments at additional costs.


Pre-Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged based on the value of the pre-ordered item. Please ensure you are confident in your order before placing a pre-order.

Order Processing Time
For online orders, the processing time is approximately 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian holidays).

Hold & Ship Option
You can combine both in-stock items and pre-orders in our "Hold & Ship" service. If all items are not available by the time we ship your box, you will need to pay for additional shipping for subsequent shipments. This means that there is a 6-month time frame from the start of your new box. When the time is up, we will ship all in-stock items that you currently have. If any pre-ordered items take longer than this period to arrive, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs for those pre-ordered items once they become available.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding pre-order updates. Due to ongoing global supply chain challenges, many manufacturers are facing delays. However, please rest assured that your pre-ordered item(s) will be delivered as soon as they become available.
