Why hasn't my preorder product arrived even though the ETA has passed?
The estimated time is provided by the manufacturer as their expect release date. However, manufacture delays are common, and since almost all diecast models are made in China/ Asia, additional time is required for shipping to regional distributors before they are allocated to us as retailers. As a result, the actual arrival time is often later than the estimate time. These factors are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

Why have some distributors already released a pre-order product, and other retailers have received it, but we haven’t?
The arrival time of pre-order products depends on various factors, including the shipping distance and transit time between our facility and the distributors, customs clearance efficiency, and the time it takes for distributors to process orders.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive pre-order products at the same time as other retailers. However, we will do our best to bring the latest pre-order products to our facility as soon as they arrive at regional distributors.

How do you ship preorder items with different arrival dates?
We’ll ship everything together when the last preorder item in your order arrives. For example, if one item arrives in January and another in February, your entire order will ship in February.

How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. It may take 48-72 hours to update.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?
Please double-check your shipping information before and after placing your order. If you notice any mistakes, email us immediately before the package is shipped (Subject: Order#XXXX, Urgent - Shipping Address Change). Since different postal services have different policies, some packages cannot be intercepted or returned once they are in transit. If the package has already been shipped and you realize the address is incorrect, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee success or take responsibility for the outcome. You’ll need to cover the shipping fee again if the package is able to be intercepted and returned to us, and cancellations aren’t possible in this case.

Do you have a store I can visit?
We do have a physical store, but it currently operates as a pick-up location for online orders. Our primary focus remains online sales at the moment. Stay tuned for updates on the full opening of our store!
